Under Trump / in the MAGA movement, “we see the systematic erosion of care, empathy and compassion from the public space… and the blaming of those who are in trouble, that they are not taking care of themselves… Messaging that we must step back, because if we try to help others we are enabling them.”
To the CONTRARY: “Compassion is innate in us as humans”
Remember the PURPOSE OF POLITICS! (It’s not to gather personal wealth) “It is to alleviate avoidable suffering and to make the world a better place. To improve the lives of those who are suffering.”
